Kia Ora, my name is Emily and I am team leader and Head- Girl of our school. I am twelve years old, I live in Taranaki "like no other" and like many other class-mates I have a blog. I am passionate about relating to others on line and enjoy talking to others and learning about their busy lives and what they love to do. I've met so many inspirational people from England, Singapore and Ethiopia just to name a few!Things I enjoy, I love acting and public speaking and aspire to become a journalist or lawyer one day, I also have an interest in sports such as, Netball, Tennis, Cross Country and Swimming. In my free time I enjoy family time, Cooking, Reading and Blogging!
Something you might not know about me, I am involved with speech and drama, I am at Grade 5 stage 1 for the New Zealand speech board exams. I have passed all my previous grade's with honour's which is the highest mark. Last year during local speech and drama competitions I won 5 trophies and 5 scholarships worth $160 dollars. I was very proud of myself. This year I will be sitting my very first Trinity college guildhall drama exam, I am the only one in my school that has sat this national exam.
One more thing before you go. My family is building a new home out of our community so my Dad is closer to work and I am closer to high school as this is my last year at Auroa School!
